by Dominic Rivera on July 31, 2009 | 0 Comments | News

Disaboom, Inc., the online resource for people with disabilities, has redesigned its DisaboomJobs.com website to position it towards providing more opportunities for job seekers with disabilities and employers.

The new site contains all of the features and functionality of a mainstream job board; provides employers a greater number of job-posting, featured employer and branding opportunities; provides tracking and reporting features that enhance a company’s ability to meet a variety of U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and other compliance requirements; allows job seekers to register and create their individual “personal profile” which contains a variety of robust features and applications; and enables website accessibility compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0), the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), and other accessibility requirements.
